3 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
1 clove crushed garlic
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 pan. Mix all ingredients together. Spread. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
