ZUCCHINI APPETIZERS 
3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced (about 4 sm. ones)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. parsley, snipped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Spread in oiled 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Should be golden brown. Cut in 2x1-inch pieces. Freezes well. Great served warm with a green salad. Yield: 4 dozen. Serves 12.
