3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage, uncooked
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine Bisquick, crumbled sausage and shredded cheese; mix well. Shape loosely into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet and flatten slightly with fork. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Garnish with paprika if desired.
