3 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 2/3 c. milk
Unbaked pie shell

Beat eggs slightly then add sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk. Beat well and pour into unbaked pie shell then bake 40 minutes in moderate oven. Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
