OLD FASHION CUSTARD PIE 
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
A little nutmeg

Mix, but don't beat; don't force through strainer. Line pie plate with crust (see next recipe) making edge high and thicker than center. Strain in mixture slowly. Bake in quick oven (500 degrees) until first edge of custard begins to set. Then decrease heat to 50 degrees and bake until custard is set.
