1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald milk with butter in it until melted. Beat eggs, add sugar, flour and vanilla. Then add milk and beat together. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400 degrees 5 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 20 minutes or until done.
