1 can evaporated milk
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Nutmeg

Beat just enough to mix well with a fork. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle generously with nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Cool.
