TUNA OVER SHOE STRING POTATOES 
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. med. white sauce
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
2 tbsp. grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Shoe string potatoes

Cook celery in water until tender. Drain. Make medium white sauce. Add celery and other ingredients. Cook over low heat until heated through. Serve over shoe string potatoes.
