1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Form into 8 patties. Brown in hot fat. This is a good way to use leftover mashed potatoes.
