TUNA STUFFED POTATOES 
6 med. baking potatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Pepper to taste
3/4-1 c. hot milk
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
3/4 c. grated cheese for topping

Bake potatoes. Scoop out potato, saving shells. Mash potatoes thoroughly; add all other ingredients and mix well. Stuff shells with mixture. Sprinkle cheese on tops. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted.
