STUFFED JALAPENO CHILIES 
1 lg. can (12 oz. or more) jalapenos
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can grated tuna
1/2 c. (more or less) mayonnaise
4 to 6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Paprika

Rinse jalapenos. Slice lengthwise and remove seeds. Mix tuna, mayonnaise and cheese. Stuff peppers with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill. Options: Top with sliced green olives with pimentos. Place under broiler for 1 minute or until cheese bubbles.
