BAKED STUFFED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/3 c. Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients together in a casserole pan. Sprinkle with paprika and lemon. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes or until scallops are tender and not chewy. Serves 2 generously.
