BAKED STUFFED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops
8-10 Ritz crackers, crushed
8-10 Saltines, crushed
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. cream or milk

Melt butter in frying pan. Add crumbs, salt, and pepper; brown. Butter casserole and layer crumbs and scallops alternately. Add cream or milk; sprinkle with paprika and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
