RON TODD'S BARBECUE SAUCE | |
1 cup brown sugar 3/4 cup ketchup (Hunts) 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup Canadian Mist Blended Whiskey 1/8 cup honey 1 tbsp. maple syrup 1 tsp. liquid smoke 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp. onion powder 1 pinch salt 1 pinch fresh ground pepper Place all in a glass jar and stir together with a wooden spoon. Let set for at least 1 hour to cure. Great for chicken, pork and beef. Submitted by: Ron Todd |
