STREUSSEL COFFEE CAKE 
STREUSSEL:

2 c. graham crackers
3/4 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Pillsbury Plus or the like (yellow, lemon or spice)

1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs

Mix as directed. Pour 2 1/3 cups of batter in greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle 2 cups of streussel over batter. Pour rest of batter, then sprinkle rest of streussel. Bake at 40 to 50 minutes. Drizzle thin powdered sugar glaze over top when cool.
