DABERGE CAKE 
32 oz. non-fat plain yogurt
18 graham crackers, for a square 9 layer cake
Flavoring of your choice
Sweetener of your choice

Cinnamon, vanilla for spice cake or diet hot chocolate powder or instant coffee granules for mocha or use your imagination.

It takes around 18 hours to make this. Dump the yogurt into a strainer or steamer lined with 2 coffee filters or cheese cloth. Set this into a container you can cover and put in the refrigerator.

In about 12 hours a lot of fluid drains out. Then dump the drained yogurt into a container and flavor it to your taste. Spread some yogurt onto a graham cracker and place it dry side down into a deep container that you can cover. Spread yogurt onto another graham cracker and lay it dry side down onto the first. Continue until you have as many layers as you want, save enough yogurt to frost the sides. Cover the container and put the cake in the refrigerator for 6 hours. The fluid remaining in the yogurt will soften the graham crackers.
