EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 whole chicken, cut-up and skinned 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream 1 stick butter 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers Boil chicken until done. Debone and place in large bowl. Add both cans of soup and sour cream and mix well. Put in a casserole dish. Crumble up the entire sleeve of crackers and sprinkle on top of the chicken mixture. Melt the stick of butter and pour over the top of the crackers. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven until bubbly. Throw together a tossed salad, add some rolls and you have a quick and enjoyable meal. |
