EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chicken broth or make bouillon
3 c. dry stuffing
1 can chicken (boneless - the amount is up to you)

Saute the onion and celery in the butter. Mix in the chicken broth and dry stuffing. Stir in the can of boneless chicken. Put in a baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
