EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 to 4 lb. whole chicken
1 med. onion
4 c. stuffing mix
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can of milk

Boil chicken until it falls from bone. Save the broth. Pick chicken from bones and place in a large baking dish. Mix together soups and milk and pour over chicken. Chop medium onion and sprinkle over soup mixture. Mix stuffing mix and chicken broth and pour over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes until golden brown.
