EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
8 pieces (half breasts) or 4 whole chicken breasts, cooked, deboned, and cut up
Stove Top stuffing mix (chicken flavored)
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Mix chicken with soup and sour cream. Put in casserole dish. Follow directions on stuffing mix box. Put on top of casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be refrigerated and baked later. Serves 6.
