JAN'S BEER BATTER FOR FISH OR CHICKEN | |
1 c. flour 1 egg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. beer Beat egg, salt, 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup beer until smooth. Add rest of flour and beer and mix well. Dip fish or chicken in batter and fry in oil or shortening. Good dip for sliced fresh mushrooms also. |
