BEER BATTER FISH 
About 20 med. pan fish fillets
2 c. fine ground cornmeal
2 c. Bisquick
2 (12 oz.) bottles dark beer
2 med. eggs or 3 egg whites
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. crushed dill weed
1/4 tsp. savory
1 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste

Mix the cornmeal, Bisquick and seasonings. Add the eggs, then enough beer so the batter just runs off a dipped fillet. Deep fry two fillets at a time in 360 degree oven. The fish are done when golden brown, 3 1/2 to 5 minutes.
