BEER BATTER FOR FISH 
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. beer, flat
2/3 c. flour
Garlic salt to taste
Season salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Beat egg, add 1/3 cup flour and salt. Stir well. Add beer and remaining flour and seasonings. Dip fish in batter and fry at 375 degrees until brown.
