MARINATED CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut to fry
1 c. sour cream
1/8 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. paprika
2 cloves of garlic, chopped fine
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening

Mix this together. Wipe chicken with paper towel then roll in mixture. Let stand overnight in refrigerator; then remove. Roll chicken in a bread crumb mix. Arrange chicken in a shallow pan. Melt the butter and shortening and spoon over chicken and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour uncovered at 350 degrees and serve in warm serving dish.
