BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 round steak, sliced into strips
16 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
3 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. chopped onion

Cut steak into thin strips and flour. Brown in shortening. Save pan drippings; add onion. Slice mushrooms and beef cubes. Add water and meat to pan. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add sour cream. Serve over rice or noodles.
