BEEF STROGANOFF 
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. minced garlic
1 (2 lb.) tenderized round steak, cut into cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients except sour cream, cook until tender. Stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles, rice or potatoes.
