PEPPERMINT - LIME SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. Peppermint Schnapps (80%)
1 1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatins in boiling water. Add Peppermint Schnapps. Chill until thick, but not set. Combine remaining ingredients. Add gelatin to a lightly oiled 6 cup ring mold. Chill until set, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Unmold onto greens and fill center with chicken salad or fresh strawberries.
