LEFSE 
3 c. mashed potatoes
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cream (half and half)
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix potatoes, butter, sugar, salt and cream. Beat well. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Add flour and form into small balls, roll very thin and bake on hot lefse grill. Makes 14 lefse.
