LEFSE 
10 lbs. russet potatoes
1 c. Crisco
2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. cream

Cook peeled potatoes, drain, mash or rice them while still hot. Measure 12 cups potatoes. Add Crisco, salt, baking powder, sugar and cream. COOL then add flour, divide into 4 parts, keep remainder cold while working with each part. Make into small patties, roll thin, bake on hot grill. Makes 50 lefse.
