SPAGHETTI PIE 
1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. vermicelli, cooked
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt & pepper
1 c. cream style cottage cheese

Stir butter and Parmesan cheese into hot vermicelli. Add eggs. Stir. Shape with spoon in 10 inch pie plate. Microwave 3 minutes.

In skillet, brown meat and onion. Stir in tomatoes, paste and seasonings. Spread cottage cheese evenly over pie shell. Top with meat sauce. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high 6 minutes. Sprinkle more Parmesan cheese on top.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
