CHICKEN AND RICE ALA POWELL | |
1 cut up chicken 1 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. milk 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix Preheat oven 325 degrees. 1. Butter 11x13 inch pan and pour in rice. Spread rice around. 2. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice. 3. Mix soups and milk and pour over chicken. Top with mushrooms, if desired. 4. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Uncover last half hour. Enjoy! |
