CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. Stove Top cornbread mix and seasoning
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom and juice
3 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix melted butter and stuffing mix. Line a greased baking dish with half the crumb mixture. Combine all other ingredients and pour over crumbs. Top with remainder of crumbs and bake 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
