OVEN SWISS STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. cubed steak
Salt
1/4 c. flour
3 tbsp. oil
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 chopped carrots
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Processed American cheese slices

Salt meat and dredge in flour. Heat oil in a large skillet; brown meat on both sides. Remove meat from oil and place in a shallow baking dish. Blend remaining flour with pan drippings. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook stirring constantly until mixture boils. Pour over meat and bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour or until meat and vegetables are tender. Place slice of cheese over each piece of meat and return to oven until cheese is melted.
