OVEN STEAK 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. chuck steak, 1 inch thick
1 envelope onion soup mix
4 small carrots, cut up
2 stalks celery, cut up
3 to 4 med. potatoes, quartered
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Place meat in 9 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle meat with soup mix, cover with vegetables, dot with butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
