PANACHE'S KEY LIME PIE 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted

FILLING AND TOPPING:

2 eggs
15 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. key lime juice, bottled
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
Whipped cream and lime slices

Blend graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and press firmly into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

For filling: Beat eggs and milk together. Add lime juice and salt. Pour into prepared crust and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until set. Combine sour cream, sugar and salt. Spread over baked filling.

Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes. Garnish servings with a thin slice of lime, cut and curled, and whipped cream.
