APPLE PIE 
2 1/3 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
5 tbsp. ice water
1 tbsp. white vinegar

Blend with pastry blender. Add just enough water so that the crust forms a ball.

FILLING:

6-7 firm MacIntosh and Cortland apples, sliced
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
Juice of 1 lemon
