DO - AHEAD FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. seedless red or green grapes
1 lg. red apple, cored & diced
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained or 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple slices, drained & cut into tidbits
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. sour cream

Combine fruit, marshmallows, coconut and sour cream in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serves 8.
