MAKE AHEAD SALAD 
1 pkg. (20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. red & green peppers

Cook vegetables as directed on package; drain well. Combine vinegar, sugar and oil. Boil 5 minutes. Pour over vegetables while hot. Let cool, then add vegetables. Cover and refrigerate. Must be made several days before serving.
