MAKE AHEAD SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 red or green pepper

Cook vegetables as directed; drain. Combine vinegar, sugar and oil, and boil 5 minutes. While both vegetables and dressing are still hot, pour dressing over vegetables. Let cool and then add other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Needs to be made several days before serving.
