VEGETABLE QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. half & half
1 pkg. (10 oz.) Birds Eye green peas & pearl onions
4 eggs, slightly beaten
8 oz. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. salt

Partially bake pie shell at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Combine half & half and salt and vegetables in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Stir small amount of hot mixture into eggs, then return to remaining hot mixture. Add cheese, stir until cheese is melted. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce to 325 degrees and bake 10 more minutes.
