SCALLOPED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. diced Velveeta cheese

Cook potatoes on top of stove 10 minutes. Combine butter, flour, and salt. Add milk, cook until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. Drain potatoes. Alternate layer of potatoes, then cheese sauce. Add a few cubes of cheese and pepper and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until brown.
