PINEAPPLE LIME SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add crushed pineapple and chill until thickened. Add sour cream and pour into 1 1/2 quart ring mold. Chill until set. 10-12 servings.
