PINEAPPLE-LIME JELLO 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, include syrup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Pecan pieces

Dissolve Jello in water. Stir in syrup from pineapple and lemon juice. Chill until thick and syrup. Fold pineapple and Cool Whip into Jello. Pour into mold. Sprinkle pecan pieces on top. Chill until set.
