1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix Jello, water, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Chill until jelly. Add cheese, pineapple, and Cool Whip. Chill until set.
