CRAB CAKES 
1 lg. red bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1-2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. egg
1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
2 cans or 1 lb. fresh crab meat
1 tsp. parsley or thyme
Salt and pepper

Cook in hot oil. Drain and eat.
