CRAB CAKE | |
1 lb. fresh crab meat 1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs Vegetable oil Mix all ingredients in a bowl, combining gently with your hands or a rubber spatula. Shape into small rounds, flatten slightly with metal spatula and fry in oil turning once until cakes are brown. Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce. Makes 4 servings. |
