SHRIMP BOATS 
2 tubs of "1886" dough rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen onions chopped or 2 med. onions, chopped
1 toe garlic
2 (8 oz.) cans Parmesan cheese
1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
40 cooked shrimp

Mix onions, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Hellmann's mayonnaise. Refrigerate overnight. Cook rolls, let cool, divide in half. On half a roll, place 1 shrimp and cover it with mixture. Boil for 3 minutes (or less) until brown.

Ventilation is helpful. Open the broiler door a little.
