CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pkg. mixed vegetables or chopped broccoli, frozen
12 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 1/2 c. cut-up chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can fried onion rings
1 pkg. refrigerator biscuits

Press small pieces of onion rings into biscuits. Chop chicken and mix with broccoli and soup. Place chicken mixture in buttered casserole dish. Layer onion rings and shredded cheese on top of chicken. Arrange biscuits to cover chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until biscuits are done.
