COMPANY VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) bags of frozen vegetable combinations
1 diced red pepper, if desired
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 jar chopped pimiento, if desired
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
1 can condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. dill
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Precook vegetables until almost done. Combine 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can onion rings and all other ingredients. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake for 5 minutes longer.

Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower type combinations.
