CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts
1/3 c. bottled Italian dressing
2/3 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (Italian)
1 can French fried onions
1 3/4 c. chicken broth

Place chicken in 8x12 dish. Pour salad dressing over. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Place rice, vegetables, 1/2 onion, around and under chicken.

Combine broth and Italian seasoning. Pour over. Bake uncovered 25 minutes. Top with remaining onion. Bake 2 or 3 minutes longer.
